Furnish "samples" of materials to be used in construction along with warranties and/or specifications for specific design requirements. I became a custom builder many years ago. I have worked as a project superintendent for 4-5 years. Before that I worked on the west coast for 2 years in
Lake Tahoe, Pebble Beach, San Francisco, San Diego and Palo Alto. My duties included everything from "hands on" construction, inspection, Superintendent, & Project management.
I was a state project inspector for 5 years before that at VCU & MCV from 1995 to 2000.
My wife and best friend convinced me to go into business building barns in 2006 and the
rest is history. I have enjoyed barn building very much and have been able to bring a new level of quality to agricultural construction.
